Carolina North VIEWS of Grandfather Pet friendly with a fee

Management company was easy to work. This was a very nice property. Everything we needed was there. Simply amazing views off the back porch. Some of the best sunsets to be seen! Reasonably priced and worked very well with our dog. We would for sure stay at this property again.

The condo was lovely. It made us feel right at home. We loved that we could bring our fur baby Chloe with us. We were only there for a short weekend for a wedding at Overlook Barn. It was very convenient to the venue. The only thing that could have made it perfect was better weather. We loved it!

Because of my handicap we were not happy with the first place we were put,but my wife called and immediately the problem was solved. Thanks again.

Our stay was very nice. The condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable time.Looking forward to our next stay with the new carpet and furniture going in

Great location-close to everything in Beech Mountain. Gorgeous view from back porch. Nice accommodations for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. Kitchen has both keurig coffee maker and a regular carafe for coffee. The shower in the master bathroom has opposite temperature control (turns cold when turned to hot and hot when turned to cold). Middle floor condo (one condo above and one below) so there are some stairs leading down to the unit. Very cozy, a bit dated. Will definitely stay again!

This place was perfect! It really was in the center of everything without staying at a resort. I can’t say enough about the amazing view. You could stand on the back deck and see Beech Mountain. The deer came right up to the deck area everyday. The management team was so kind and helpful.

The view from the back deck and the proximity to things to do made our short weekend stay worth the cost. The place itself is a little outdated, baseboard heat is hard to control, hot water didn't work in king room. We did not worry about getting it fixed while staying, because the other bathroom was enough for our small group. The management company is relatively quick to respond to questions when you're there.
Cleanliness and just overall quality of the place is fine. Again, you're paying for the view and proximity to activities.
We will definitely be going back to Beech Mountain, but I think we'd investigate other places to stay just to see what other options we have for the price.

Very good location and clean apartment

Nice place and great location. However upon arrival key was not where it was supposed to be. Hassle to get help. No response on phone or email from property company. Created unnecessary anxiety and delays at check in. Never did get an acknowledgment of this.

Been here in Carolina North since 6/1/21. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the patio. Huge benefit of this rental during this time of year. Short drive to all amenities on Beech. Banner Elk is less than 10min. As well.

Great cold, snowy week for skiing. Gorgeous view of mountains from patio. Very well equipped condo except that it or the building needs a snow shovel. Close to all the restaurants and Fred's. 2nd year in a row staying here for skiing. Will be back.

We loved our stay here at BMT. The layout is perfect for 2 couples or a family because the bedrooms are on opposite sides with their own bathrooms. The fireplace is a perfect touch but you don't nee it because it stays so warm in there! Bring all your own hygiene supplies, but there is plenty of cookware to make meals with. Also good spot for dogs too. I will definitely be back!

This complex was very convenient to the Village with magnificent views! The unit was such a lovely place to stay. It was furnished and stocked nicely and made our visit very comfortable. The leasing agent at Chalet was also very helpful. What an enjoyable experience all around!

From the friendly easy key pickup to return every aspect of the rental was excellent. The condo was spotless and well equipped.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Had all of the basics needed, utensils, etc.. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the view off the deck was beautiful. Enjoyed seeing deer out in the backyard every morning. The only problem we had was using our GPS to get to the leasing office. It took us to some gravel dead end road. Other than that, would highly recommend!

Nice, clean 2 bedroom unit with a nice size deck. Unit was clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes.

First from a woman claiming to represent the homeowners group and telling me I had to park outside the lot beginning Tuesday for a Wednesday job. I told her we were leaving Wednesday morning and being handicapped I could not do that. Later her husband showed up at the door saying they passed the info. to the building manager. Tuesday a crew showed up and started spraying the parking area. A worker came to the door and asked us to move our car for a few hours. Since we had no plans to go out we complied and the workers sealed the lot. The odor was horrific and made us nauseous. Wednesday morning we moved the car back to the door and loaded up to leave as planned without further incident. During Tuesday day a maintenance person showed up at the door. After knocking he came in before I could get to the door. He said he was checking for water damage. We let him examine the bathroom. These interruptions considerably upset my wife.

I loved it and we plan to return. The only thing I dont like is the parking situation.

Also, the fireplace did not work after our first night there. Maybe ran out of propane.

But the view is beautiful and the condo was very cozy and perfect for our family and the dog. He loved it!!!
